LetGoFile collects no personal data. The program sends nothing off this PC.

The program

Diagnoses and activity records stay on this PC. They are not sent to us.

Only if you enter a notice URL in the settings does it fetch one file from that address, once a day. Even then nothing is sent. The default is empty, so it checks nothing.

The website

We use no cookies and attach no third-party analytics.

Instead we count only visits and downloads ourselves, by date, page, language and country. We store no IP address and no browser details, so those numbers cannot tell who you are.

If you would rather not be counted, open the site once with ?nocount=1 at the end of the address. This browser is not counted after that.

The hosting provider keeps access records (IP address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

Contact

If you write to us by email, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete them once the reply is done. We pass them to no one.

Your rights

We hold no personal data, so there is nothing to request. If you have a question, ask at the address below and we will check.
