Terms of Use

LetGoFile is free for personal and business use. It runs as a single executable, with no install.

What the program does

It finds why a file cannot be deleted or moved, tells you, and then handles it the way you choose. Nothing happens until you press the button.

Your responsibility

Deletion cannot be undone. Back up anything important first. If you force a process to end, that program's unsaved work is lost.

Android app

The Android app is also free and follows the same terms. It reaches only the files and folders you choose, and does nothing Android does not allow.

The “reason it is blocked” the app reports is a judgement based on what Android and the storage tell it. It can be wrong, so check for yourself before deleting.

A file deleted in the app does not go to a recycle bin and cannot be restored.

Warranty and liability

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for data loss or damages arising from its use.

Redistribution

Passing the file on unchanged is fine. Distributing a modified copy, or selling it, is not permitted.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Korea applies. Any change to these terms is posted on this page.
