How to release it without ending the program

ALPDF has this document open. Closing that document window in ALPDF releases it — you do not have to quit the program.

If that still does not work

  1. Close the program and delete
  2. Unlock and delete
  3. Move to Recycle Bin
  4. Delete after restart
