How to release it without ending the program

OneDrive is uploading or downloading this file. It is released when the sync finishes. Ending it now can lose what was being uploaded.

If that still does not work

  1. Close the program and delete
  2. Unlock and delete
  3. Move to Recycle Bin
  4. Delete after restart
